Earlier this week I discussed how to use your time effectively when implementing your marketing strategies but there comes a time where you won't have the time!

At some point, you will need others to help you with your marketing but identifying the point when others are needed can be hard.
It's largely down to your own opinion but here are some things to watch out for:

✅ You aren't getting to the tasks

✅ You don't have the time to learn new tasks

✅ What you are doing isn't working

✅ You aren't doing any marketing

All of the points above are barriers and WHEN you begin to outsource these jobs is entirely down to you. There is one time that you should be outsourcing jobs 100% of the time and that is when you've worked out what we like to call the X & Y machine.

Once you have identified what budget and time is needed for a task and it's repeatable, you need to outsource that task in order to grow and start finding the next....

How well is your marketing performing?

You need to know this in order to invest your time wisely, especially during these tough times!

Keep your eye on the ball and know where you should invest your time by knowing what:

✅ Posts are gaining organic reach
✅ Messaging is getting a reaction
✅ Adverts are creating sales
✅ Posts are gaining you traffic & leads

Without this information, it's like trying to sail across the Atlantic just knowing that somewhere out there is your destination.

By having a clear vision of what's working you have markers that break down your trip and give you a reference point to know if you're on track or if you've gone off course.
