The Kingdom Derby form is standing up well in the Easter Cup which began at Shelbourne Park last Saturday night with finalist Great Name That, and winner Knocknaboul Syd, off to a great start and tipped for success again this weekend. Tralee Track is also in the spotlight in this week's Sporting Press as the Greyhound and Pet World Juvenile Classic got underway last weekend and we have all the reports from those events, and the semi-finals of a top-class Rural Hawaii at Stud Unraced at Clonmel, in this week's Sporting Press. Beach Avenue is running in the Easter Cup for owner Pat Healy who is On The Spot in our profile, and the dog is also featured in Frank Kieran's breeding column. We have a heart-warming story about J.P. Donnelly who is recovering after a long battle with Covid-19 but managed a smile after hearing his syndicate dog won. And we also cover the latest episode in the IGOBF's excellent video series, with all greyhound supporters urged to share them on social media and spread the good news about the greyhound industry. All in this week's Sporting Press, on sale tomorrow, Thursday.
