Thoughts for the new week...😊

I have learned so much about neuroscience in the past ten years. I don’t claim to be an expert! But I do know a little about neuroplasticity and how our brain can be ‘re-wired’ when we learn something new or behave differently🧠.

When we practice gratitude, our brain begins to re-wire, creating new neural pathways which in turn encourages us to behave this way again and more easily. Gratitude eases the stress response and opens up a space where a new perspective can grow. This can allow us to feel happier and more peaceful ♥️🙏🏼.
